PING is a real summer smasher of a pale ale! Packed with AUS & NZ hops.
We started things off with a clean, bright base of Pilsner & Chit malt. Then, to add some light bitterness, Nectaron hops went for a hot dip in the FV at whirlpool temps before casting out the rest of the brew. Bringing the PONG to the PING, Nectaron went back in the dry-hop, along with Galaxy and Citra hops. We are getting buckets of ripe melon, peach & nectarine pops on this little PINGER.
