Refund Policy

 

A full refund will be given for any damaged, broken or spoilt goods. Please send us an e-mail within seven days of receiving the goods if an item has been broken in transit. If you suspect glass may have broken in transit, take care opening your package and removing its contents.

 

If you decide you are unhappy with your delivery once you receive it please contact us via email within seven days of the delivery date. If you wish to return the items, please send them back in the original packaging that was used to send the items to you, this must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend using a reputable courier to do this.

 

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, in accordance with your statutory rights.
