Black Iris Mojave Nights 4.2% (440ml can)

Mojave Nights is a 4.2% America Pale Ale inspired by a series of gigs called Live In The Mojave Desert that were filmed in California in a natural desert amphitheater at sunset. The became something that the team at Black Iris really looked forward to during covid and featured some of my favourite bands.  Big amps, perfect riffs and no crowds. All set with the background of the beautiful desert while the sun set and the liquid light show kicked in.

This beer is packed full of those classic American C hops that bring all those lemon, pine, slightly grassy notes. Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial in the boil develop that thirst quenching bitterness that keeps you coming back with even more Cascade and Chinnok in conditioning. A super clean malt bill adds a touch of honeyed sweetness and a great yellow colour
