Made since 1991 on their family farm at Abbey Dore in Herefordshire, this is a carbonated and blended cider which tends towards the sweeter end of the artisanal scale but is balanced by a strong but subtle lactic acidity. It has ripe apple, red apple and honey baked apple flavours balanced out by some lemon and lime acidity.
