We gave this a solid amber malt backbone with plenty of toasty, burnt toffee, nutty and subtle maple syrup glimmers. Suspended in this gilded gemstone are Strata and Idaho 7 hops, bringing notes of strawberry, passion fruit, and mango, glowing with hints of resinous pine and black tea in its bronze depths
