Oakham Ales have a stellar reputation for brewing excellence and are a firm favourite of the brewery team here, making them a natural partner for this collaboration. Together we’ve brewed a standout American Pale Ale, fermented on our Union set. Using the finest Maris Otter malt as a base, we’ve used a classic combination of the best US hops to give bold flavours of zesty citrus, fresh pine and a touch of tropical fruit.
