This is our take on a classic Scottish style, 60 Shilling Ale, a beer which is dark in colour but light in alcohol content. This 3.4% beer is brewed with a base of the heritage barley variety, Chevalier, with a blend of crystal and roasted malts, and hopped with Admiral hops, to create a rich, yet easy-drinking beer with notes of dried fruits, hazelnut and burnt caramel.
