Intriguing, inviting and moreish. Not too heavy but packed with juicy, ripe black fruit, soft texture, silky tannins and a smooth finish. Decant 30min before drinking, served lightly chilled along sausages with lentils or in a pasta sauce, spaghetti & meatballs or rich mushroom risotto.
