This dry, full-bodied South African red wine is a made up of 34% shiraz, 24.5% cabernet sauvignon, 11% merlot, 8% malbec, 7% petit verdot, 5.5% cabernet franc, 4% pinotage all cultivated at Babylonstoren on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain between the wine-growing areas of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa. The resulting blend is a balanced fusion of dark red berry and chocolate flavours with a soft mouthfeel and juicy, lingering finish. Enjoy now or allow to mature for up to 5 years.
