After a year of research and recipe development, the new PEEL Belgian Wit replaces our Belgian Pale Ale in the core range.
This light and effervescent Belgian Wit offers soft citrus flavours from the dried orange peel and Motueka hops. There is a moreish malt sweetness alongside captivating aromas of clove and banana from the Belgian yeast and coriander seeds.
A soft mouthfeel, light body, and fluffy white head make this wheat beer really easy-drinking. Pairs perfectly with fried chicken, creamy cheese, fish, and Thai & Vietnamese cuisine.
The new beer will keep the name Peel, named after the famous live studio recordings ‘The Peel Sessions’ that gave hundreds of up-and-coming musicians valuable airtime on the radio.
