Karoo Gold is a grisette brewed with Kentish hops & Rooibos tea.
Freshly zested and juiced lemons were added just before packaging along with another concentrated rooibos tea and some brown cane sugar.
The beer is fermented with a blend of “clean” saison strains. This lower abv, wheat heavy grisette is golden in colour, lemon oils and esters on the nose with vanilla, nutty, lemon drizzle cake background notes in a super dry, drinkable approachable grisette.
