The “home” leg of our collaboration with Devon’s outstanding Utopian Brewing, celebrating one of our collective favourite hops, Nelson Sauvin! Here we’ve used it in whole cone, T90 pellet and Cryo form for a bold and hop forward pale ale.
Expect tropical fruit, citrus and hints of elderflower on the nose, followed by a smooth body and a crisp, clean bitter finish.
