Finest wheat malt, noble aroma hops and our own brewing yeast give our non-alcoholic wheat zäpfle its delicate, fresh taste. In a facility that is unique in Germany, we extract the alcohol from our yeast wheat in a particularly gentle way - but not the taste. For this, the Black Forest master brewers traveled all over the world to Australia to find a system that was convincing.
