Originally brewed in collaboration with Utopian Brewery in 2022, this Barrel-Aged Baltic Porter has spent three years maturing in oak barrels with three strains of Brettanomyces, developing into something truly unique.
Pouring a rich chestnut brown with a velvety texture, the beer has a complex sourness and a distinctive, vinous character.
Roasted malts from the original brew still linger on the palate, while the aroma offers toasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate, forest fruits, oak, and tobacco. You'll find layers of dried fruit, subtle spices, and a peppery finish, all wrapped in the earthy, rustic character of Brett. The result is a complex flavour profile with a dry finish that remains surprisingly light.
