CHIRPS is a big, juicy cherry bomb of a sour, packed full of fruity fun
Before the birds could nab them all, we squished in as many cherries as we could into this one. Perched on a smooth grist bed, we use Hornindal Kveik yeast to add its fruity, tropical esters. On top of this, there are lots of zingy citrus CHIRPS coming from the Lactobacillus Helveticus, which we use for souring. All finished off with a sprinkle of saltiness
