Drawing on Robin’s tenure at Beak, we’ve brewed a Scot’s twist on a NZ hazy pale.
We used a base of bere barley from the Borders, raw landrace wheat from Fife and luxurious flaked oats from Perthshire, and then hopped heavily with Motueka from the Sunrise Valley.
