Brewed to celebrate the 15th birthday of the legendary Cask Pub & Kitchen, this beer represents the bond between our brewery, one of our first ever customers and a pub where Jack Hobday once poured pints. Our classic West Coast inspired IPA is reimagined and fermented with a characterful Belgian Abbey Ale yeast. A tweaked dry hop introducing one of the original 'C' hops, Columbus, compliments the notes of spice contributed by the yeast, bringing bold citrus, floral and anise aromas.
