SKIMMER is a light, fresh zinger of a Pale packed full of Yuzu Juice and Motueka hops.
This little pebble has a slick, malty base for the perfect glide. Bouncing in hotside Hallertau Blanc hops to bring some light herbal and wine notes. We sent some Motueka hops in for a ping in the dry hop to add those big, fresh, tropical, limey flavs. For our final fling, Yuzu Juice bringing heaps of tangy, bitter zings - yum.
