PALMS is a laid-back, bright IPA, bringing some real refreshing zingaling to the island.
This one's swaying around in a relaxing hammock of Extra Pale, Carapils and Chit Malts plus some nice and clean Cali yeast, LAX, to let the Simcoe and Motueka hops really do the yapping. We are getting heaps of crisp liminess and juicy citrus notes bobbing around in this bright bay.
