Double IPA with Citra, Strata & Superdelic
Brewed in honour of Damnation festival, the UK’s premier extreme metal festival. This Double IPA is loaded with Citra, Strata and Superdelic hops, then fermented with a Hornindal kveik yeast blend which produces super fruity esters of tangerine, pineapple and mango.
A heavy whirlpool addition and an equivalent 20 g/L dry hop using a combination of T90 pellets and HyperBoost hop extracts deliver explosive hop character. Expect layers of juicy tropical fruit, bright citrus and ripe berries, balanced by a subtle dank edge. Drink fresh.
