COASTER is a crisp and clean California Pale brewed with our Deptford pals TACA TACOS.
We were home to some of TACA'S 1st pop-ups, so it was a real blast to have the team down to brew up this modern West COASTER. Keeping things light and bright on this one with some Caraglow malts for a subtle caramel sweetness. Centennial hops went gliding across the waves hot-side, bringing a light bitterness, followed by plenty of Citra Cryo and Chinook, for some fresh citrus, tropical, and warm pine needly notes.
