2026 version of our all Citra NEIPA. This one is a bit special!
We're generally very happy with the quality of the hops we get these days; everything is consistently good. However, there are times when we get particular lots of a variety that really stand out. In this case, we had a lot of Citra that really blew us away so we decided to save our last box of it and add it all into this delicious NEIPA.
Super silky and full-bodied with ripe orange and mango character. This year's Casimir is something very special indeed.
