Every now and again you’ve just gotta shut up and play the hits when it comes to your hop bill. Citra and Simcoe, as well as Galaxy and Mosaic are two of the hop combos that arguably launched us as a brewery back in those seemingly very far away Loka Polly days, and we’ve smashed all four together for a greatest hits medley of our favourite hops in Positively Unattached.
Featuring a staggeringly large dry hop charge of 24g/l, and amplified up to TIPA strength because why not? This beer is absolutely dripping with tropical notes, backed up with just a touch of grassy bitterness thanks to a flash in the pan, one minute at a hundred degrees Simcoe addition in the whirlpool to keep everything in check.
