Zinnebir is a golden, perfectly balanced Pale Ale. It develops fruity and hoppy flavours that recall dry apricots and orange marmalade. The ensemble leans on a malty note, as well as a nice bitterness. Born in the basements of a Brussels squat in 2002, it is the founding beer of Brasserie de la Senne.
