Brewed in collaboration with our malt supplier, Muntons, The Bock is a celebration of grain, the very foundation of every beer. Using only British malts, we put together a robust, deep amber Lager, inspired by the great Bocks of Germany. Aromas of rich, toasted, chocolatey malt are balanced by a touch of blackcurrant fruit and spice, provided by Bramling Cross hops. An initial sweetness quickly gives way to a dry, toasted malt finish, and a clean, low temperature Lager fermentation keeps the beer clean, crisp and balanced.
