Way back when (seems like a ridiculously long time ago), as the lockdown was starting, we thought that we'd likely all have to shut entirely, or else we'd be really quiet, and so we thought to at least occupy the tanks fruitfully during the fallow times. So we brewed a pils. Things have not panned out as we expected, but the pils has had a long, lovely lagering time in tank, and is ready to go out this week. Hopped and dry hopped with Ella. It is unfiltered, which lends it full body, but has the bitterness to balance it, and a nice level of fruit from the hops.
