Our first (and perhaps only) foray into smoothie sours. The base 2 golden sours were brewed in Feb 2020, then blended & racked on top of the remnants of our Blackcurrant & Blackberry sour. Over the coming months a variety of hedgerow fruits including crab apples, elderberries, cherries, blackberries & sloe berries were added. The result is a viscous beer, with a smoothie-like texture. Bottles must be rolled before serving.
