This fruity, zingy and refreshing cider is a blend of many different cider apples with the suffix 'Norman.' The origins of these apples have been lost; assumed to be native to Normandy, Herefordian Pomonoglists visited Rouen in 1884 but found no French orchardist who recognised the apples. Their subsequent attempt to rename the varieties to 'Herefords' never caught on, fortunate indeed for Albert and Becky's beloved four legged companion, Norman. The cider is as tasty as he is handsome!
