Brewed and released just once a year the Barrel Aged Empress Tonkoko spends 12 months in a unique selection of Bourbon barrels each year. This year Buffalo Trace barrels was selected as the favourite from last years release. The Bourbon depth and smoothness brings added complexity and balance to an already sublime beer.
