Released in celebration of our 7th Birthday, these are Barrel-Aged versions of our 2019 Martini and Manhattan Sours. These were aged in Chardonnay and Bourbon barrels for 18 months and then bottle conditioned for a smoother carbonation.
The Manhattan Sour was aged in Wild Turkey barrels for 18 months. It is a complex sour with vanilla, sweet cherry and toasted oak flavour. It has a thick and jammy palate with a clean finish rounded out by the mild tannins.
