The Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse base beer, a saison, was aged for 11 months in one of our Fermentaria Foeders. Prior to packaging, the beer was dry-hopped with Styrian Wolf. The result is a dry, moderately bitter and funky Farmhouse beer with fruity notes and peaches.
