PINK CHIPS is a grape skin saison brewed with our good friends BURNING SKY.
For this rosy number, we infuse half the brew with a heap of freshly pressed Pinot Noir skins from BLACKBOOK Winery. The grape skins give a delightful tannic depth plus a lil' extra zing. The other half is then steeped on hibiscus for an earthy hint & floral lift. All this sits on a smooth & lean grist to let the Lallemand Farmhouse yeast really do the talking.
