A hop combo straight out of the PD favourites folder - Nelson Sauvin and Motueka on the hot side, backed up with a hefty Citra dry hop for that familiar hit of juicy citrus.
We like to use late harvest Nelson, swapping those sharper, greener white wine notes typical of earlier picked hops for something riper and more tropical. Think syrupy fruit cocktail snack pot, with Motueka’s bright, zesty citrus cutting through to keeping things lively and fresh.
