This is a single variety Dabinett cider, made from the ripe, late fruit of the 2021 harvest. The scorching sunshine and temperatures of the 2018 summer, as well as the warm, mild autumn drove the natural sugar of the apple sky-high, resulting in a cider of 7.4% alcohol. Quintessential Dabinett with it’s vanilla and orange spice notes.
